This program is a continuation to my gorilla strength program, you may have already run through it & hit multiple-rep PRs alongside adding significant muscle mass to your frame.
Now that we have acquired the strength & muscle mass its time to start expressing it as we become more powerlifting specific.
In the cobra power program we will be focusing on hitting singles across each of the 3 main lifts, by doing more skill work & building confidence.
Then at the end of this program we will hit a lifetime one rep max together while sustaining as much muscle mass as possible because aesthetic body bhi jaruri hai bhai
Note: It is fine if you haven't used gorilla strength program before starting this program
block 1 will cover enough things for you anyway
