I started following the Grind Karo sample program on November 26, 2025, for 12 weeks and got very good results. My numbers on November 26 were like this: Squats 92.5 kg Bench 55 kg Deadlift 125 kg Then I followed it for 12 weeks (but I played competitions in between).
